The conference will open with Mr. Rodney J. Reynolds, Founder, Puplisher &amp;amp; CEO of American Legacy Magazine.  Other speakers will include Cathy Galbraith, Executive Director, Bosco-Milligan Foundation/Architectural Heritage Center; Willie B. Richardson, Chairperson of Oregon African American Museum; Gwen Carr, Vice Chairperson of Oregon Northwest Black Pioneers; and Morgen Young, Architectural Heritage Center. These scholarships will allow Trustee Moreland to attend the 2010 National Preservation Conference which will be held in Austin, Texas in October.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The National Trust Diversity Scholarship Program (DSP) provides financial assistance to individuals from diverse social, economic, racial, ethnic and cultural backgrounds to attend the National Preservation Conference.  The Elisabeth Walton Potter Historic Preservation Advocacy and Education Awards are given each year to heritage volunteers and professionals who want to expand their preservation abilities and knowledge.
